IS 228:2007 MONITORING CENTRES FOR INTRUDER ALARM SYSTEMS

IS 228:2007 is an Irish standard that sets out the requirements for the design, construction, manning, equipping and functioning of monitoring centres for alarm systems.

All monitoring centres/alarm receiving centres (ARCs) requiring a license must be audited against the requirements of I.S. 228:2007 and be audited by a Private Security Approved certification body.

SR 41:2005

This is the non-technical best practice guide that provides operational requirements for companies providing monitoring services.
